        Letter to MPP John Rhodes, the Minister of Housing for Ontario to formally object "...against the proposed amendment to the Official Plan of the Regional Municipality entitled, 'A Bylaw to further amend the Official Plan for the Regional Municipality of Niagara'...". The document consists of 5 points, including: (1) Inconsistency of the Niagara Regional proposal of August 5, 1976 with the Minister of Housing's Criteria of September 8th, 1975, (2) Inconsistency of Regional Niagara Proposal of August 5th, 1976 with the Niagara Regional Policy Plan of December 20, 1973, (3) Rejection by the Regional Council of the best-considered findings of its own Professional Regional Planning Staff, as set forth in Staff Recommendations of March 3, 1976 (DPD 750), (4) Regional Proposal of August 5th, 1976, Defies the Ten Criteria set down by the Minister of Agriculture in his Letter of October 22, 1975, (5) The Regional Proposal of August 5th does not "substantially reduce the encroachment of future development" "on unique agricultural lands."
