A mixture of Chlorhexidine digluconate (CHG) with glycerophospholipid 1,2-dimyristoyl- <^54-glycero-3-phospocholine (DMPC-rf54) was analysed using ^H nuclear magnetic resonance. To analyze powder spectra, the de-Pake-ing technique was used. The method is able to extract simultaneously both the orientation distribution function and the anisotropy distribution function. The spectral moments, average order parameter profiles, and longitudinal and transverse relaxation times were used to explore the structural phase behaviour of various DMPC/CHG mixtures in the temperature range 5-60°C.en_US
