dc.description	The City of St. Catharines created this user group committee to provide user input, details and comments on design and specifications for the duration of the creation of the new performing arts centre. The Committee reported directly to the Project Oversight Committee and the Director of Recreation and Community Services and to the Design and Construction Team Committee. The Committee acted as a primary resource for user-related consultation.	en_US
