    Abstract
    A contract for transporting His majesty's Mails issued to Job Chubbock of Queenston, Ontario. This is signed and annotated by Alexander Hamilton, Post Master. The amount of 140 pounds is to be paid quarterly to Chubbock. Chubbock's duties are outlined in detail as well as the fines to be levied to him on dereliction of his duties. There is a watermark of an oval with a woman in a chariot holding a trident and a flower. The paper is signed by Job Chubbock and Alexander Hamilton, March 13, 1833.

    Export search results
