      An Indenture by which Richard Lundy and Thomas Robinson, overseers of the poor of the Township of Hardwick in New Jersey, and with the consent of Samuel Wilson, Justice of the Peace place Stephen Seaburn [appears to be misspelled as Seaver] (a poor child) as an apprentice to John Heaton. Rules are set out by which the "master" would teach the apprentice to read and rite [write] English and to teach him the art of animal husbandry. This document was signed by Samuel Willson, John Petit, John Heaton, Richard Lundy and Thomas Robinson. The document is dated July 1, 1758.
