One circular with printed material on the front, containing 2 handwritten notes on one piece of folded paper. This circular was sent to the warden of the Ottawa District to ascertain the amount of money received by the district and spent for the improvement of roads and bridges. This information was requested by the Member of Provincial Parliament and the Civil Engineer who were authorized to do so by the President of the Board of Works.
